(ADPnews) - Sep 28, 2010 - Swiss banking software firm Temenos (SWF:TEMN) said yesterday it would buy Luxembourg-based sector player Odyssey Group for an enterprise value of USD 101.3 million (EUR 75.3m).

Temenos will pay USD 81 million from existing cash and facilities and will also take over USD 20.3 million of Odyssey debt.
